Missing passport documents

Advice needed!

I applied for my fist passport on the 20th of June using the post office check and send. I paid for documents to be returned by secure post. Passport has been received on the 3rd of July but no documents. I have called passport office and they can't find tracking details. They have promised calling me back in the last two days but no call.
Any ideas on how to pursue this?????????

Give it some more time, some people receive their supporting documents after they receive their new British passports.
