Tier 2 General Made Redundant Urgent Help

Hello
I am on tier 2 general visa. My kids have dependant visa (on the basis of my visa) I am going to be made redundant next month.

My wife is here on Tier-4 visa at MSc level (I year course)

Pleas advise me whether me and kids can be dependant on her next month?
Will me and my kids needs to go to India for applying dependant visa (T-4) or I can apply from here?
Please help me specially senior member to come out from this problem please as it is urgent.

Thanks, by reading above links it appears that kids can apply change of visa as T4 dependant (based on wife T4) inside UK but not me- please advise
