The reason for your refusal is very lame, You can never satisfy a person who do not want satisfaction.

Even if you reapply what is the guarantee the case worker will be satisfied.
If i were you i would go for an appeal as that way they cannot come up with any other stupid reason. I realise it is a long process but you know for sure you will win.

I will still suggest you to go for an appeal as after applying again, if they still come up with not satisfied or call you for an interview and come up with silly reasons you will not have a right of appeal.

I know appealing is a lengthy process but suggest you go for it.

u can reapply within 28days of refusal received. mind u u will not get right of appeal on new application.

I will say go for appeal it will take time but u will win for sure and re applying option is still there even if appeal don't go in ur favour (which will not happen as u can easily win this in appeal)

I would recommend appeal if you can wait for approximately 6months.
My application was rejected in March and have hearing in august.
As i see on the forum most of them have wait for 5-6 months for an hearing date.

Other way i recommend, to see if you can get a new contract which can satisfy and reapply. Coz the amount of money you spend on barrister and appeal hearing fee you can reapply and get the decision.

Fulfill all the requirements this time.

This is my opinion coz i felt this when i had some emergency to go back to india...

rest is your personal decision.

I can get new contracts but my worry about reapplying is the might get something new to pick on.

Honestly, there's absolutely nothing wrong with the four contracts I submitted. Absolutely nothing wrong.

I know appeal is a long wait process But
if you reapply and they again refused your case on some silly even wrong reasons, then you cant go for appeal!
Although appeal is a time and expensive process but then again you cant do much
I think the case worker should be sacked if he/she refuses the application on wrong basis/silly reasons or grounds because they are not capable enough to justify their job. One silly mistake of case worker chew almost 6 months to 9 months of wait time for the appeal/decision and almost 2000 sterling fee of solicitor.

I would advise you go for appeal, it depend on God's favour. I appealed on the 16th of May and I got hearing date for August 6th. Appeal gives you better chance of winning your case and with a good lawyer and God on your side victory is yours.

what part of your country will the appeal be heard?

i have a feeling that some courts are busier than others.

someone told me that we have no chance of reapplying if the appeal is refused by the judge. is this true or not?

I GUESS ROONEY IS CORRECT AS I HAVE DONE THE SAME MISTAKE OF APPLYING AGAIN BUT AS I HAD THE VISA SO I DIDNOT HAVE AN OPTION BUT NOW I AM GOING TO DO AN ORAL APPEAL AS U SAID U CANNOT SATISFY THEM
