EEA National to Sponsor Non-EEA Brother In Law

Hiya Guys

Following is my Status:

1-I am EEA National
2-Having Indefinite Leave to Remain in UK
3-In Full Time Employment
4-Married to a non-EEA National .

I would like to invite and sponsor my Brother in Law to UK just for the purpose of visit (who is quite well off so there is no trouble of showing any property or balance in that country)

Would you please kindly tell me what sort of documents are needed from UK as a sponsor and what sort of documents are needed from non-EEA National?
