Tier 2 General maintenance Funds UK

Hi,

I have a query related to maintenance funds for Tier 2 general UK.

During my issue of CoS,maintenance and accomodation tick box was not checked.

Later on my Sponsor came to know reg the maintaince funds points based system and made a note in CoS stating like the maintenance and accomodation will be provided for first month of employment.

Moreover they have provided me a lettter as same as above .

Will they accept my Visa??? or do I need to do anything else.

Please advise me on this

A letter from the employer stating the maintenance funds should be enough, there should be no problem in visa.

And one more clarification pls.

I have my PF saving accont for past year.which i requested for account closure on feb and got credited in my account on June.

Can I show it as a saving account for maintenance funds will it be an additional advantage???

Why I have this query becoz
1) In my CoS they didnt not tick which is reg maintaince they have made just a note is it valid

2) My sponser gave me a letter

hence am getting nervous

hi there...

Any sponsor who is going to give you a first month maintenance and accommodation must mention the details in the CoS. It is mandatory.

But some times there is a sponsors note options that can viewed by the UKBA officials. But it is recommended for you to get your query cleared from your sponsor or give a 3 month bank statement maintaining 900 pounds.

According to the rule, sponsors must mention your maintenance in CoS.

If possible ask them for a new CoS. I got a CoS with maintanence mentioned in it. ticked Yes.
So I didn't gave my bank statements.

Hi,

I have raised a query related to this to my Sponsor and they gave me a letter stating 'Accomodation and maintenance ' will be taken care + they have added a note in CoS.

Will it not be enough or still do i need to show bank stattements.???

Now no worries.......note is sufficient as it is a virtual document.....you can given your statements if you want........nothing wrong in that.......it will be a added advantage
