TIER 1 entrepreneur Visa inquiry(urgent)

please i am applying for my tier 1 entrepreneur visa next month and i am applying from Africa. I registered my real estate company in March of this year. Is it still ok to use same company to apply considering i had registered company since march(about 6 months ago)
are there any other requirements i should be aware of?

r u applying £200K or £50K category ?

I am applying for the 200k.. I dont think i am eligible to apply for the 50k considering i am applying from out of the uk.
Correct me if i am wrong?

u only entitle for 200k access. u can use ur 6month old company however make sure the attached company related docs wont be more than 3months old.
