APPEAL DATE AFTER 8 MONTHS

i have lodged the appeal in MAY and called them today and realised they have give me the date which is next year January 2014..............totally frustrated i mean what shall i do in this period what can i do in this time now was working but left the work now totally freeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. dont know if i can start business or not.

any advise please?

Wait is a killer but ur last visa status remain till you get decision so u can pretty much do anything but whatever u do play safe.

When did you lodge appeal, early Or late May?

early may 2nd week of may
and now first week of january 2014.

is this is a joke?

Exactly can't do anything just wait but this is piss take (sorry)..... I guess I will get date for sometime in feburary or december as I submitted appeal in first week july.

@Sad.....judge will allow your appeal. Don't worry. 8 months wait will become your strong point. Its coming under Human Right Act, which says treat people fairly and in your case its ridiculous unfair. Finger cross - trust me.

I have on point to clear I have received a letter from hm revenue as my company since I have registered it its just like that now do I have to register it with and what would be the all next steps if someone can guide me please.

I logded my appeal last month on 8th June. Its mean i will get the date near Jan Or Feb.

well i have also the same allegation but i have some more other which i can easily clarify. current report, contact details of sponsor, contact details of client, job title not in the list,(which is available), bank letter didn't mentioned my name.

Plz advise I Submit my oral appeal on 19th of June with recorded delivery they receive the appeal i checked the tracking its been received.Still Fee fro the appeal is not deducted from my account is it normal. Plz advise me

Today i Just called them and asked for the hearing date.
They replied me:

it will take 4 to 6 weeks after once payment will be clear on their own system. Means min 4 weeks i have to wait for Hearing date.

I think you will hear from them by next week.

I have sent appeal form on 12 June and fee was deducted on 16 July. Still have not received anything from them.
