How to delay Biometric

Today i got the letter to do my and my dependent biometric within 15 days of the letter dated.

I want to know is there anyway i can delay my biometric for atleast 2-3 weeks. Before we used to do booking for biometric but now its changed.

I will be anxiously waiting for valuable replies from every 1.
