Tourist Visa

Post by rakesh5883 » Tue Jul 16, 2013 8:09 am

Hi,

I intend to invite my parents-in-law over to London, sometime around October.

I am planning to provide an invite letter, and a tenancy agreement.
The confusion here is my tenancy agreement expires on the 31-Aug. And I am looking to move to a new apartment, which I am still searching.

I cant give my old tenancy agreement because that expires by August end?

Can someone help me on how to handle this issue ?
They are planning to go to the VFS in Bangalore by the end of this month.

Regards
Rakesh

Hi,

According to the guidelines, a tenancy agreement is not a mandatory document to provide, although some people choose to include it.

submit application begining of September

Why don't you submit the application in the beginning of September when you will have got a new tenancy. In most visa posts it would not be late to apply 6-8 weeks prior to the journey on a straight forward visitor visa.
