College Vs University Letter for English Language Requiremen

Hi All:

Is a letter from the college ok to be sent for English Language Requirements or is it a must to have a letter from the University ?

It has to be from the University. If you can get letters from both University and college, that's ideal. I've done that. I got points for English requirement. But, just from College not enough.

it depends on degree awarding body. if it is university, then i think university letter is sufficient. in my case, my degree was awarded by university and so i submitted letter from university for my HSMP approval which i got it recently.

so it is enough to get letter from degree awarding body which u can check that from ur original degree certificate.
