tier 2 General applying in person

Hi there,
I am planning to apply in person for my tier 2 general change of employment. My wife and child will apply at the same time as dependants. My questions are:

1. Do we have to complete online application even for in person application?

2. Tier 2 form used to have a question about change of employment, i dont see that in new form. Is that right?

3. If i get visa i would still have 1 month notice to serve with old company, am i allowed to do that.

4. Can my new employer offer me a permanant job or it has to be fixed contract?

you can work for the old company until the work start date in the new CoS

yes, but if they do it will no doubt be stipulated in the employment contract that your employment is subject to your immigration status
