Hi guys got refused last monday after 13 months wait.Apply for 7 year concession the case worker did not even consider that my kids over 8 years here my husband been 10 years legally.they failed to consider about my children .reason for refusal my husband is not the sole carer,im not a british ,he did not spend half of his life here.Now i have to spend£1800 to go tribunal.
