Company address cahnged

Hi,

My employer address has been changed and my company just relocated to some near by place with in london.

who should inform UKBA, should i inform UKBA or my company should?

it is part of the company's duties to inform the HO.

You only have to inform the HO if your contact details change (home address)

Your employer / sponsor must inform the UKBA (Tier2) team through sponsor management system within 10 days of changing the address

Also if the employee changes the home address then the employer do not need to notify the change to home office. There is no provision in sponsor management system. The employer needs to update its records at office only.
