Long residence ILR success

Post by jamiluddin » Tue Jul 23, 2013 4:34 pm

Alhamdulillah ,all praise be to Allah.

I've received my ILR acceptance news from my solicitor today.

My timeline is:

application date 05/03/2013
Biometric invitation 02/04/2013
ILR acceptance 22/06/2013

So it took 4 and half months approx.

Thanks to all

Hi There!!!

Congrats on your success!!!

Irfan my friend is also applying for LR in 2 weeks and thinking of submitting same documents as you

Is the following enough:

1- applicaton form completed
2- LIUK certificate
3- original Passport
4- BRP
last 5 P60's
anything else?

Cheers

Hi,
P60s are not required ,unless if you want to send as additional doc.
Some one from this forum advised to send below as well..
1)Passport Photocopies including entries & exits..
2)Covering letter with Entries & exits including UK absence calculated in days would be handy to case worker.
And rest above 4 docs..
Hope this helps.

Where did u travel?
I dont have UK exit stamps either,But I got India Arrival stamps when I depart from UK.
Included Arrival & departures from both countries in covering letter, If required we can also submit E-tckets, if stamps are not clear.

Any Advise friends?

I've decided to put approximate dates ( +/- 4 days from actual date of travel as I am unsure and no where stamped on the passport )

applying next week

Thanks,
