Post by Sohail4peace » Tue Jul 23, 2013 9:05 pm

Hi everyone,

Today I received Council letter for invitation of my british citizenship ceremony. But I have not received any approval letter from UKBA.

What should I do now ?. Anyone was in same situation ?.

Please advice me.

Thanks in advance

Sometimes the letters didnt end up where they are posted courtesy Royal Mail I have seen a member in this situation before you must book your ceremony with the council. If they have contacted u that means they have already been given the go ahead to let you book it's just you haven't got the approval letter so go ahead and book your approved

Contact UKBA via email send them a letter and ring em all at the same time u need to get that letter.

Also contact council and say u can bring in other forms of ID explain the situation say u never got the letter see if they can be a bit flexible hope it all works out
