Bank Statment opening duration?

I shall apply August 22 for Tier 4. I shall be studying Foundation course.

I can show the funds in my parents account but the problem is that I will open a new account with no banking history and then deposit money in that account. I will attach the statement of the account whcih will be 28 days old but the there will no bank history. Will it affect my visa application? Please read the first comment from below site and advise on that as well.
