Here is the list of docs submitted:

Payslips
Bank Statements
Marriage Certificate
LIUK pass notification letters
Employer letters for annual leave
passport/BRP
partners bank statements
Council tax bills
water bills
a copy of all above docs

Thanks to the forum for all the help through the years!

At Croydone one doesnt get to interact with the case worker at all so not sure which docs he/she actually looked at. My employer letters did have the actual start and end dates for the leaves.

I am no expert but I think your documents should be enough.

Hi Subbaroa,

I'm in simmilar boat, My previous employer just gave me a letter saying, im entitled for 23 days annual leave and all my annual leave is paid leave, which is not in the format that UKBA needs. As per the guidance the letter needs to mention start and end date of absence along with reason.

How many absenses do you have? are you over the thresold or not?

The seniors seems to suggest if you are well under thresold , this should not be a problem as long as you have payslips for the period.

I have 133 days in last 5 years, Im not ticking any thing in proof section for absenses, I hope i be ok..

Regards,
Pav

Hi pavan_fb,

I am in the same boat as you are. I have my PEO next week and for the absenses which are under 180 days, I am not submitting any letter from employer.

I will simply include my payslips for those durations where I was away for my annual leave, as those were all paid annual leaves.

Let me know if there are any other ideas on it?

Thanks.

Hi pavan_fb,

Mine was total 70 days. The maxium days out of country in the last 5 years is 20 days.

Most of the people suggested me that it should be fine.

But i am just taking

"employer letter confirming the 22 days annual leave for the last 5 years"
"salary slips attested for those months which i am on annual leave"
"bank statements of those annual leave months to show that its paid"

I hope the above should be enough.

Any other suggestions ? please advice.
