What if i have a affidavit, is it sufficient?

Post by srihari.kothapalli » Tue Mar 06, 2007 8:24 am

While I was doing my studies, My name was spelled as “Sreenivas Nattinuru”. After I have done my studies, I have started using “Srinivas Nathinuru” as my name. Because of this, my degree certificates are with the earlier name and my passport, experience certificates are with a differently spelled name. Of late, I prepared an affidavit with a Laywer in India stating that both names refer to the one and the same name and that is to me.

Would this be sufficient for processing HSMP application?
