Saving account bank statements (Tier 1) for ILR

Hi All,

In the document checklist in SET (O), there is a section to provide evidence of Finances that covers the last 3 months (if complete section 5)

Is this applicable to me? I have completed part of section 5 until 5.5 and I do not receive any public fund.

Any advice would be appreciated please.

if you are tier 1 then you dont need to fill it says

If you are unable to meet the appropriate rate of pay because you are on maternity, paternity or adoption leave
you should answer questions 5.6, 5.7 and 5.8. If this does not apply to you, please go to section 6.

yes, I am on tier 1. I just was confused as filled few parts of section 5 until 5.5

As a Tier-1 you dont need to fill the section 5.6 yo 5.9 if you earnings are not impacted by Maternity /Paternity or aboption leave
