Tier 2 Maintenance funds

Hi

I am going to apply for change of employment under tier 2 general. My new employer will tick box when assigning cos for my maintenance. I understand that if employer certifies maintenance then i dont need to show evidence in bank statements.
My question is: i dont want to submit my bank statements at all. Can i do this or i still have to?

if you currently have leave under T2 you will score 10 points for maintenance automatically. See para 150 of the T2 guidance

I would have my 1 year old son this time applying sd dependant who was born in uk. So still i dont need statements?
