NEED ADVICE ON DOCUMENTS

Hello there.

I am planning to apply on Tier 1 50k route. Do I need to use an immigration lawyer because of documents needed OR can I get this documents myself.

Please what are all documents required.?

I already registered a company as a director.

I planned to submit application end of August.

You would only need a lawyer if you could not be bothered to read the policy guidance, which has all of the necessary information. So I guess you will need a lawyer!

I agree with Lucapooka - you definitely need a lawyer. Its a shame that you are submitting your application next month and you dont even know what documents are required.

My advice to you is go for a lawyer.

Sorry guys. But I just asked for advice and nothing more. I didn't asked to be bashed!!! I already know it's late but you never knew what happened that made me make this decision to apply now.

Everything you need is in the guidance. Or get a lawyer if you are still unsure. Each application is unique to the applicant so asking for information from people who know nothing about your circumstances or your type of business is not a viable solution to your problem.
