Is wife' tier 2 ict dependent visa still valid

Dear all,

I got my ilr in march 2013. Before this I was on a tier 2 ict visa and my wife was on a dependent visa.

Post my ilr my company has now curtailed my tier 2 ict visa, please suggest if my wife can continue staying in the uk on her earlier leave to remain I.e. as a PBS dependent.

Dear There, I am in similar situation. But my wife is in India with PBS dependent visa and I am here in UK with ILR. Can she now travel with the PBS dependent visa to UK and then apply for ILR (she already completed 2 years in UK). Please assist what happened in your case - very much grateful to you.

ILRSeekerLondon:Not sure about this, we decided against taking the risk so we got her ILR before we travelled
