H1B Processing

Post by pankajs » Thu Mar 08, 2007 5:14 am

Hi Friend,
I am living in india. working as a .NET Professional from last two years. I am applying for H1B throug a company in US, they offered me H1B processing in $ 2000, as when i will join their company in US, they will cut some %age of my sal for first six months, min i will be paid is 60K per year. I will be working on client site as a emplye of this company and will ge on their payrool (not the client's), other thing they said they will support my accomodation till i get SSN n the job.

I hv no knowledge abt US work culture n how it all goes, Is it a genune offer? if anybody hv any H1B experience then plz plz help. this company is based in NJ.

Regards

It sounds okay - but plz enquire through any of your friends in US that company is genuine..? Other questions you can ask to company might be: wats there insurance-policy? holiday-entitlements? Reallocation-support? R they going to give back $2000 if u work with them for couple of months?
