SET M

Post by Khushi31 » Thu Aug 01, 2013 10:07 pm

Hello Guys,
My husband got ILR under 10 yrs in June. I came in uk on student dependent in may -08 then converted to tier 1 dependent in Jan -2011. Do I have to show income requirement of 18000. I got FLR M in june. Can I apply SET M now as I spent more than 2 yrs under spouse visa.

Thanks

No, there is no income requirement per se as you are under the old rules, rather you can adequately maintain and accommodate yourselves. You can apply for set(m) now by virtue of immigration rule 287(a)(i)(d).
