child born in uk

Post by params0073 » Mon Aug 05, 2013 12:05 pm

Hi,
I am applying for tier 1 extension along with my wife. My daughter was born in the UK and we intend to apply for her British passport once we get our ILR(2014 dec).

Question is, in the application form - should I mention my daughter's name as a dependent? I have booked a PEO appointment only for me and 1 dependent (my wife).

Thanks
Param

I think I don’t need to mention about her in the form. Can some one confirm this?

Where in the form would you like to mention your daughter?

A19. Please give full details of any dependants’ applications submitted with this form

I think it ask for the dependents which are submitting application with the main i.e my wife. So do need to mention about my daughter?( I am sure not but just double checking).

That question is not applicable to dependants who are not applying.
