Post by arm » Fri Mar 09, 2007 7:22 am

Hi forum,

After getting EC and after arriving to the UK, are there any important things to do? For example should I register somvere or something else?

Thank you very much.

Arm,

You should try and get in touch with the consulants before you leave your country and fix up some appointments if possible. Big consultants have offices in almost all cities in UK so get in touch with the office near to the place where u will be putting up initially...

Once you reach here, start applying and get a cell no. for urslef and update it in the CV...you will start getting calls from the consultants...

As soon as you get here you will be get familiar to all the requiremnts, getting registered with GP, applying for National Insurance Number etc...don't worry on this as everybody learn about them when they reach here...

let me know if you have any other specific questions in mind!!
