Baby born to tier 1 entrepreneur applicant

Hi

Both parents already have their visas.

Can a baby born to Tier 1 Entrepreneur apply for same day visa service?

Will the both parents need to submit their original passports with application?


Any link where it shows requirements for child born in UK to apply for their visa? What documents we need to submit for child application for visa?

Main applicant is Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa holder.

You need to do following:

1. Fill in application form
2. Attach passport and bio card of main application. I am quite sure even photocopies will also work out. If applying by post then definately photocopies will work as UKBA themselves issued your visa and they can check their records. They why would they need originals.
3. Two photos
4. Maintenance funds of last 90 days
