Confusion on when to apply for ILR

Hi Guys,

Sorry but i am really confused so as to when can my husband apply for his ILR thru PEO........he was issued with

Spouse Visa-----26/Aug/11
Entered U.K-----05/Oct/11

So, if we are not wrong we can apply for his ILR anytime from the 7th of Sept 2013 through PEO.

Please advise.

That's right. 28 days before the 5th October.

Thanks Casa....that date is the same for applying thru either PEO or Postal Application isnt it??
