TIER1 Dependant separately applying for ILR after main appl.

Post by MisterLysenkiy » Thu Aug 08, 2013 1:11 am

Hello friends,

I am wondering about my current situation - I already have ILR, but my spouse did not qualify for ILR applying together with me because she missed 2 years in country. So she was issued an ordinary TIER1 (dep) extension, as normal.

She is applying in couple month (in PEO) when she qualifies for that. So there are couple of questions, can anyone help me with them?

1. She is eligible for an application on her 2-nd anniversary minus 28 days. Is that correct?

2. What form does she need in order to apply for ILR as TIER1 dependant applying separately from main applicant?

3. Am I (main applicant) required to present together with her at PEO? Will they let me in at all (as I will not have appointment letter on my name)?

4. What documents are mandatory? For the moment I know - passport(s), photo, marriage certificate, co-habitation document for the period, application form. Is anything else I forgot to mention? Any potential trouble applying for it?

5. Can anyone advise what is current PEO fee for a such application?

Thank you very much!

1. She is eligible for an application on her 2-nd anniversary minus 28 days. Is that correct?

2. What form does she need in order to apply for ILR as TIER1 dependant applying separately from main applicant?--SET(O), Choose category as PBS dependent.

3. Am I (main applicant) required to present together with her at PEO? Will they let me in at all (as I will not have appointment letter on my name)?--For PEO appointment you need to be there with your original passport and BRP which they will return after decision.

4. What documents are mandatory? For the moment I know - passport(s), photo, marriage certificate, co-habitation document for the period, application form. Is anything else I forgot to mention? Any potential trouble applying for it?--No trouble as long as you meet all criteria.

5. Can anyone advise what is current PEO fee for a such application?--Check PEO fee on SET(O) form

Thank you very much!
