Post by sierra » Thu Aug 08, 2013 1:33 pm

hi
what exactly is the process for eu1 residence card for family member of eu citizen process in ireland .
main question are after sending the application to eu treaty right any biometric needed finer prints etc and if yes applicant has to go to dublin or it can be done in any local office .

as we are thinking to rent in west of cork and with kids travelling will be problem.

2. same for company registration and pps number can we apply any where or just in main offices.

3.my husband has issued visa spouse of eu citizen B/0 can he apply for pps number or he has to wait till he submits the eu1.

4. at what stage non eu spouse gets registerd with gnib and what documents required to registerd with gnib.
.what is eu4 stamp does gnib stamps after submiting the eu1 form.
thanks in advance as we will be arriving soon in ireland and its better we understand the process .

No biometric needed at the time of application. Once application is approved and u go to get your GNIB card, the guy on the immigration will finger print u.

For PPS just go to the nearest social welfare office.

For Company registrtion drop in to CRO office in Parnell Street Dublin 2.

many thanks for reply so finger printing can be done I any GNIB office that's good.

now is there any local offices In west cork for company registration ?
as Dublin will be far away from cork to get company registration .

and we want to avoid travel until we get the car as we got young kids.

and does eu citizen need to go in person to get company registered or just like uk it can be done online etc.
