Refusal Appeal procedure- Share experience

Post by deep12 » Wed Aug 14, 2013 3:04 pm

Hi There

I have applied for in-person appeal for my Tier 1 (General) visa refusal. I have the correct details so I am somewhat confident that i'll get through it.

What's the procedure ? what can go wrong in a appeal ? Any experience share please ?

Thanks

I went with a friend about 4 weeks ago, believe me it was quite easy so far you are prepared and have documents to back your appeal up. My friend did not even say anything it was the judge that was asking the HO representative questions and believe me, she has not got a clue.

Thanks Banky

Just another question - what was the wait time before you had a date of submitting the appeal and you got to see the judge ?

Thanks
