Eligibility for Tier1

Hi Guys

I am outside UK ( in India) and I have UK bank account ( which I opened when I came on work permit 2 years back ) with balance of £50,000. I am not involved in any business activity. can I still be eligible for Tier1 enterprise visa?

do you have a UK valid visa? I mean are you on post study work?

Nope I dont have any valid UK visa at moment

There is no Tier 1 "enterprise" visa.

If you have £ 200,000, then you may qualify for entry clearance as a Tier 1 (Entrepreneur) migrant.
