Tier 2 General- Child Dependant Visa

Hi there,

I am going to apply for change of employment under Tier 2. My wife and 1 year old child will be applying at the same time as dependants. This is the first time we will be applying for Child's visa.

Questions:
1. Do we use same PBS dependant form for the child?

2. What is the Evidence of Care arrangements for under 18? this is one of the Documents type A in the check list on the form? we are going to submit child's passport and birth Certificate. do we have to submit anything else for "Care Arrangement"?

it only mentions Birth Certificate but nothing else other than boarding school accomodation stuff

So, if your child is not going to boarding school, then doe you think UKBA will ask you to provide "boarding school accommodation stuff"?

Me and my wife are on a tier 2 gen visa and we have a child born and I intent to apply for his visa. I am bit confused with the questions on the form. I have tried both the paper form for child dependent and the online form but both asks for child's immigration status. Here are the following options.

I am exempt from immigration control

I have leave to remain


I have leave to remain which has expired

None of the the above
which one should I go for as none of them fits the situation.
