hi,
need help urgently,i was detained for a month issed IS82
notice,later on released on bail and court allowed my appeal .during in detention and before my appeal was allowed it took almost 9 months.has my 10 years long residency broken up.
or can i still apply as i was still in the country and decision was overturned and it was in my favour from court
