Spouse ILR- What docs to show to prove we live together

Post by faruki70 » Thu Aug 22, 2013 9:52 pm

Dear All,
We want to apply ILR under Tier -1 General. Confused if minimum 3 different type of documents need to be submitted to prove we living at same address for last 2 years! What documents can we show?
Are below acceptable?

Council Tax in Joint name.
Bank statement in spouse name.
Spouse payslip
Tenancy agreement.

Kindly advise if something else and also if there any hard fast rule as per policy.

Thanks in Advance
Mohammad Faruki

Those letters should be fine. For roughly every 4 months over the last 2 years, supply one joint letter or one each from a total of at least 3 different sources.
