dear all

i want to apply dependent visa for my wife, i am employed and i m sole director of my company as well, wat u guys recon do i need to attach my just employment details or my company details as well.

and if i supply company details what document should i need to attach ??

i have following doc:

1. Incorporation Certificate
2. 100% Share holder Certificate
3. Online Company House details, which shows about my returns , Accounts etc etc.
4. Paid Corporation tax letter from HMRC.

does i need my accountant letter ??????????????

Hi,

I have submitted the following for my wife applied from India

1. Payslips for 3 months (signed and stamped)
2. Dividends slips if you have any in these 3 months (signed and stamped)
3. Original bank statements covering 90 days for funds
4. TB certificate (depending on your country)
5. Marriage certificate and additional marriage proofs
6. Address proof (tenenacy agreement etc)

My advice do not bombard with documents, keep it simple and straight.
