my first attempt for Skilled worker was refused(based on awaiting documents COS) and had to appeal up to upper tribunal. The Upper Tribunal granted me to put fresh application. Then after I placed my fresh application with all required documents a month ago. i have also given my second biometic scan.
Now i have received my passport with all the document i sent to home office. It does not have any covering letter. Could anyone explain what does this mean?
