Tier 2 General- Do they Phone Employer? from PEO

Hi,

I have same day PEO appointment tomorrow for my change of employment Tier 2 Visa.

My question is, Do they phone Employer to confirm details while we will be there for visa? just confirming this as the only level 1 user company has is off tomorrow!

also, the company has given me COS and has ticked to certify maintenance- Do i still need a letter from employer as well as my personal Bank statements?

Hi there
Can't really say as I never heard such a scenario where they would call the employer in any case it ll be ur manager not the level 1 user.
Letter of maintenance is not must but good if u could get one!!!

What about bank statements? i think i dont need them if employer certifies maintenance?
