hi guys that's my timeline plz i need a help i'm really confused !!
EEA2 send : 29/01/2013
EEA2 received 30/01/2013
COA received : 01/03/2013
application refused with right to appeal , but a new application with a fee 55 pound : 18/07/2013
application resend : 24/07/2013
they didn't duct the money from my account tell now ( application fees ) , more then 1 month

what i can do plz . any help guys !!?

What status were you holding at the time of application... and your old visa is still valid or not.?
