Schengen Applications for UK Entrepreneur Visa Holder

I have set up a registered company in the UK after getting my Tier 1 Visa, however I don't yet take out an income.
I plan to travel to Hungary this October, but don't have pay slips or any tax documents in my name as it is a new business.
I have enough money in my bank account and can get an accountant's letter as required, but just wondered if pay slips were essential for company directors? What about tax documents?
