Residential Requirements

Hi All,

I have to apply for naturalisation in January next year but had a couple of questions:

1. Can I apply 28 days before the 12 months complete like I did with my ILR application?

2. As I arrived 20 days late initially and applied for my first extension of HSMP and my ILR 25-28 days before the visa end dates, I will probably be short by coupld of months when the 12 months period after ILR will complete. Do I have to wait for couple more months or can I apply straight away after the 12 months period?
