when can I apply for citizenship? pls reply

when can I apply for citizenship? pls reply

Hi
I came in this country on 6-oct-2006 as a student. I got my hsmp on 18-feb-2008 for two years. Then got Tier1 on 18-feb-2010 for 3 years. I got my ILR on 28-jan-2013. My question is am I wait to apply for my citizenship until 28-jan-2014? I heard one of my friend saying i can apply for naturalisation after 6 months of getting ILR? How many years should I complete before applying naturalisation???

Hi babysmith,

i just posted almost same question - see my question in - "when best to apply for naturilsation"

i guess u can apply 28 jan 2014. as u have to spend one full year as an ILR holder

gurus, pls correct me if am wrong .
