Tier 1 extension-supporting documents for earnings

Hi All,

I have a query about Tier 1 extension done as the director of a limited company. Any input from someone who has had their extension done in the last 6 months would be very helpful.

I am aware that we need to submit payslips + bank statments + dividend vouchers + accountant reference letter.

Do we also need to submit invoices and business bank statements? It appears from some of the posts here that UKBA are asking for these documents as well. Has anyone got their visa refused because of not submitting these documents?
