BC Provincial Nominee Program Timeline

My wife has been accepted onto the Provincial Nominee Program for BC. She is due to start her job on 23 April. We recently applied for our Permanent residency and temporary work permits at the same time. Our completed application for both were sent to the London office on 2nd March this year. My question is how long should we expect to wait until our work permit and permanent residency applications are processed. Included in our work permit application was a letter from the Ministry Of Economic Development requesting that our application be processed without a labour market opinion, probably because my wifes employers need her a.s.a.p. Should we have heard something by now?
