How did she manage to get the Visitor visa if she came over to stay with you permanently? Isnt proof that the applicant will return to the country of residence after her vacation in UK is up one of the requirements of the visa? Would not entering the UK to come and live with you permanently on a visitor visa be considered entry by deception?
