I am new to the forum I couldn't find the information I am looking for so I would be grateful if anybody could help

I came to the UK in March 2009 with my 5 years old. Our visa was issued in Sep 2008 in Mauritius. I renewed our visas in Sep 2010. We got our Biometric card which will expire on 30th Sep 2013

I need to extend our visas for the missing 5 months to complete 5 years - I am having some difficulty with sections K5 to K9 on the application form which refers to the visa
I am quite confused since I renew the visa in the UK itself - is this section referring to the last visa or the first visa I had? If it is the last one I was in the UK when I got it so what should I put in these sections.

K5; Did you have a visa or entry clearance when you came to the UK?
Yes
K6; In which country did you obtain your visa or entry clearance?
Mauritius(where you applied for initial visa)
K7; What is the reference number of the visa or entry clearance?
Red colour number at the right hand (9 digit number)
K8; What date was your visa or entry clearance valid from?
initial visa start date
K9; What date was your visa or entry clearance valid to?
initial visa end date
