Question 5.5 0n form set (o) and company Directors.

Post by elpis » Tue Sep 03, 2013 5:37 pm

I am on Tier 1 (G) and will be applying for ILR next month. My query is about second part of question 5.5 on Set (O) Form. This question asks about your hourly rate, No. of hours your salary is based on and number of weekly hours.
I am working as director of my company and I do get only £600.00 per month as salary. Last year my dividend earnings were £33000.00. I never have calculated number of hours that I am working as mine is a single shareholder company. Can experts on this forum advise how should I answer these questions? What is my hourly rate? and Number of hours this salary is based on?
Thanks

I dont think that you would need to answer this question at all.

This question is only applicable to work permit holders, Tier 2, etc.

Section 9A Tier General migrants would be applicable in your case.
