HI

I have two questions in mind, if some can comment or share his/her experience please.

(Switching from PSW, Under current rules in place.)

1. Can someone use 3rd party funding from UK. applicant is in UK and 3rd is also in UK. Funds are held in Barclay Bank.

2. Do i need any special qualification, if i want to use my job title as PRIVATE TUTOR, if applicant is providing home tuition and also has set his own tuition center.

I do not think idea to provide private tuition working anymore as its badly screwed as many have already used and crying unless you are a genuine who is into this business for years I have seen a post from one of members here who got the visa in this category but he had 5 years teaching experience in private tutoring and clients for long. do not listen to everything a solicitor says as seen most of them recommend you to do this private tutoring ask yourself instead what you actually want to do in real job title can be created as you will look up to the degree of what you do in terms of creating a job title..

third party funding is far more easy in UK than from abroad follow the policy it tails more than one needs...
