UK Tier 1 (General) visas Extension Limited Company

I am on Tier 1 General Visa,
working under Limited company I required 30K annual income to get required salary points.
I am 100% company share holder.
This is my choice to decide about my salary and dividend.
What is the best tax saving and UKBA acceptable combination of dividend, salary and expenses?
Can I make expenses zero? What documents are required to UKBA?
How many months/days before I can apply before visa expire? Thanks [/b]
