Apply for Birth Certificate & Indian Passport in Birming

Dear All

Have anybody in this Immigration forum applied for Birth Certificate & Indian Passport in Birmingham?

If so, can you please let me know do we need to submit the documents in Triplicates??

For Birth certificate, if we need to submit three copies of Online Application form, do we need to have 3 photos each of 35 * 35 mm?

For passport also, do we need to submit three copies?

If anybody know, please reply.
